HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — January 14, 2014 — Gemini Fund Services, LLC (Gemini), an engaged partner to independent advisors as a provider of comprehensive, pooled investment solutions, announces that it is integrating the PROactive™ Reconciliation solution from Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) onto its platform. Broadridge is the leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions for broker-dealers, banks, mutual funds and corporate issuers globally.
PROactive Reconciliation will enable Gemini to analyze trading and other transaction data, while automating the calculation of differences in pricing data and identifying any anomalies. These efficiencies mitigate reliance on extensive paper trails to track costly data errors. In addition, Broadridge delivers automation improvements through a variety of delivery options as part of the integration process.
