CGK, which specializes in generational research that helps firms grow their business, found that increasingly, a majority of working Americans place a greater value on employer-based retirement plans than before the pandemic. In fact, 71% of U.S. workers want employer-based financial wellness programs.
Additional critical findings include:
- 76% of Gen Z and 62% of Millennials are now more likely to believe that having a financial advisor is worth it.
- 67% of Americans would look for another job if financial wellness benefits went away.
- 45% of working Americans and 57% of working Gen Z Americans say learning about financial products and financial wellness is intimidating to them.
