Broadridge Mutual Fund Regulatory Communications COVID-19 Preparedness

We hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues are safe. Broadridge is continuing to do everything possible to keep our associates safe and meet our commitments to you. We are operational around the globe. Please find an update below on the latest status on the delivery of our Mutual Fund regulatory communications. 

We are pleased to report that physical and electronic Mutual Fund regulatory communications are being delivered within all agreed upon service level agreements. We expect this to continue, provided there are no new significant disruptions.

All non-production associates continue to work remotely. For our production associates, we continue to follow government directives, including the implementation of social distancing protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) aimed at ensuring associate safety and wellbeing.

Our client portal (myservice.broadridge.com) is updated as distributions are completed. Please contact your Broadridge relationship administrator if you need assistance with accessing the portal or would like a walk-through of the application or have any questions.
