This enabled Hextone to unify the message across account relationships and deepen the customer experience across all lines of business. The Communications Cloud simplifies identity management, including consent, preference and attribute management. On one page, customers can choose one delivery preference across the board or tailor their experience for specific touchpoints down to the document type.

Using the Communications Cloud's self-service tools, Hextone creates omnichannel experiences without development resources. Hextone transformed their static mortgage statement into a secure, interactive microsite. Here, their customers can make payments, review account activity including escrow balances, see a forecast of the pay down timeline, and more. The Hextone team also added a QR code to their printed statements, which enables their print communications to increase digital adoption by bringing customers to an interactive microsite. And instead of mailing multi-page documents, Hextone can now send a summary document, linking to a more robust online experience. Hextone's product lines, deposits, credit cards, and mortgages are supported by a unified, high volume, digital archival.

Leveraging APIs, Hextone Access has advanced storage, search, presentment, and reporting capabilities. This helps with compliance, records management, call center support, and more. Our omnichannel delivery module delivers communications based on customer preferences, including print and more than 12 digital channels. Using intuitive dashboards and reports, Hextone tracks customer activity and gains insights to enhanced experiences across the customer lifecycle.
