Broadridge Customer Communications Update

Fully Operational

Broadridge continues to be operational around the globe. The safety of our associates and our ability to serve you continue to be our driving force. Over the past several months, we’ve demonstrated resiliency – whether we’ve been conducting business in a virtual environment or in our production facilities. To keep our on-site associates safe, we have enacted strict safety measures based on guidelines from local and national health and government agencies.

Consumer and Business Insights: Interacting in the “New Now”

Since April, Broadridge has been conducting consumer research to understand the impacts the pandemic is having on the ways companies and consumers interact, as well as which temporary measures are likely to become new norms.

Highlights include:
