BRACS Reporting For Your Field Force

Enhance communication between the Home Office and Field by providing detailed reports for advisors to view data regarding their clients, transactions, and commissions.


There are several reporting options available through the BRACS Advisor Portal.  BRACS can create custom reports for your front and middle office should you have additional reporting needs for your field force. Examples of BRACS reporting options include:

Daily Sales Blotter Report

This valuable report is created nightly when BRACS processes files and recalcuates transactions. This Excel report gives advisors detailed insight into their transactions and commisions between commission cycle dates. This report contains the following data elements:

  • Daily Sales Blotter
  • Processed & Unprocessed Trades for the current cycle
  • Defaults Holding Commissions the advisor needs to rectify
  • Summary & Detailed Listings of Trail payments the advisor is receiving
  • Summary & Detailed Listings of Overrides the advisor is receiving

Commission Statement

This report is generated nightly for the Home Office and is finalized for advisors during the commission cycle close. This report is offered to the field in both PDF and Excel formats and is stored in the historical reports queue for advisors to access historical statements. This report contains the following data elements:

  • Summary of Commissions for current cycle and year-to-date totals; grouped by product
  • Details about each trade on which the advisor is being paid this cycle
  • Fees & Adjustments applied to the advisor's compensation for this cycle
  • Overrides the advisor is receiving from other individuals in this cycle

BRACS can modify this report as needed to meet your firms needs.

DataMart

DataMart is a premium feature that can be added to the Advisor Portal for advisors and management to use for ad-hoc data queries and reporting. Queries can be run on open and closed trades for any period of time. BRACS will work with you to define what data you want your field force to access, and if this data should be exportable to Excel or read only. 

Sales Dashboard

The BRACS Sales Dashboard enables the Home Office and Field Managers to view sales and commission details for individual advisors under their hierarchy as well as an aggregate for everyone under their supervision. Performance Metrics can be viewed at intervals of daily, monthly, and annual levels by Product Type and Advisor. Users can easily toggle between total sales and commissions earned, along with total percentages of commissions earned per product for an advisor. 

Customer Account Reports

BRACS has several reports that can be provided to your field force, such as Book of Business and Advisory AUM reports. These Excel reports provide advisors account level details related to their Clients business.
