As currently scheduled, asset managers across Europe are facing a raft of regulations coming into force as of July 2022, placing further pressure on compliance teams and legal departments as they race to get ready. In the case of each coming regulation, key details are still needed before firms will know exactly how to comply, but once those details are released, time will be short.
