We are in a period of unprecedented change with the potential for further market volatility, but rest assured that our business continuity plans and redundancy enacted through the initial wave of the pandemic remain in place. We have initiated additional preparations and contingencies across many operations processing and communications workstreams so we can help our clients continue functioning without disruption.
As businesses prepare and begin to return to their offices, we, too, are taking a thoughtful approach. Our Return to the Workplace Task Force is prioritizing the safety of associates, servicing our clients and leveraging the use of new technologies for both physical workspace and remote working.
We recognize this is a long duration experience with many waves and phases that will require continued collaboration and demand the best of all of us.
