NEW YORK, New York -- April 27, 2007 -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) scheduled to release its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2007 before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, May 15, 2007.

Broadridge will also be hosting a conference call at 8:30 a.m. EDT on May 15, 2007 to discuss the results for the quarter. Rich Daly, Chief Executive Officer, Dan Sheldon, Chief Financial Officer, and Marvin Sims, Vice President of Investor Relations will be participating on the call.
