The following conditions do not apply if your organization has a written contract with Broadridge or its affiliate on this matter.
By providing Broadridge Analytics Solutions Limited (“Broadridge”) the data requested and/or updated in connection with this email (“Data”), you agree for and on behalf of your company/organization (“You”) that:
- The Data is accurate and up-to-date.
- You grant Broadridge the license to upload and store the Data (or any part of it) onto Broadridge’s platform or onto any third-party platform for Broadridge’s and/or third parties’ distribution to the investment industry in consideration of the potential exposure given to You in the investment industry.
- Broadridge makes no assurances or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, timeliness, fitness for purpose or availability of the mechanisms by which we receive, store and/or distribute the Data. To the extent permitted by law, Broadridge is not responsible for any loss or damage: (a) to the Data; (b) You suffer as a result of Your provision of the Data to Broadridge; or (c) You suffer as a result of Broadridge use of the Data as licensed by You.
