Broadridge Wins Two Category Awards in 2022 Chartis RiskTech100®

Recognized as OpsTech leader in Fees and Commissions Services and Fixed Income Support Services

NEW YORK – Jan. 13, 2022 – Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR), a global Fintech leader, announces it has earned two category awards in the Chartis 2022 RiskTech100®, a globally recognized independent study of the world's major providers of risk and compliance technology.

For the first time, Broadridge has been recognized by Chartis as the OpsTech: Fees and Commissions category winner among providers for trading firms, banks and the buy-side. For the third year in a row, Broadridge has been recognized as the OpsTech: Fixed-Income Support Services category winner.

“Fees and commissions have been a problem for financial firms, particularly on the buy-side,” said Phil Mackenzie, Research Principal at Chartis. “Broadridge is a key provider helping the industry solve for accurate tracking and allocation, which is critical to better cost controls.”

'We're delighted to be recognized in the 2022 Chartis RiskTech100 report, which is a reflection of Broadridge’s strong history of helping asset management clients solve their most pressing operational challenges and improving their bottom lines by managing revenues and expenses more efficiently,” said Brian Crowley, Global Head of Product and Product Strategy, Broadridge Asset Management Solutions. “We’re seeing more firms realize cost, efficiency and compliance benefits by automating their processes with our solution, and it’s enabling them to instead focus more resources on activities that help them differentiate themselves and focus on future asset growth.”

Broadridge’s revenue and expense management solution tracks and calculates fees and commissions across various complex workflows and helps asset managers and other financial services providers improve revenue reporting. The technology is used by asset managers, hedge funds, wealth and bank clients globally to automate processes to achieve more efficient accounting functions, faster invoicing, streamlined expense reconciliation, more accurate billing, improved auditing and now forecasting.

Broadridge's fixed income solutions are built upon best-practice standards designed to help clients improve operational efficiency and navigate risk and regulations through the full trade lifecycle, from trade execution through confirmation, settlement and accounting. Clients use Broadridge’s technology to trade a wide variety of asset classes – including corporate bonds, international-backed securities and repo transactions.
