Vanguard is expanding its partnership with global fintech leader Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., to leverage Broadridge’s ProxyVote digital platform (ProxyVote.com) as part of Vanguard Investor Choice, the world’s largest retail proxy voting program. Investor Choice is the first and only index fund proxy voting program currently available via ProxyVote.com.
ProxyVote.com provides a significantly streamlined process, making it easier than ever for individual investors and advisors who hold Vanguard funds through third-party brokerage platforms to participate in Investor Choice.
