The experience is triggered when you click on a link (such as the annual report or prospectus link) directly from your TSR email. You will land on a newly designed Prospectus Express (PE) page that consolidates all relevant information from that specific email in one place.

Note: If you access Prospectus Express (PE)/Variable Products Express (VPX) through a company's website (outside of the email), you will not see the "Investments Listed in Your Email" section or the Pass-Through Voting banner. The standard experience will be displayed.

This new experience is available to shareholders who:

1. Receive a TSR email through the Shareholder Mail email delivery process

2. Click a link within that email that directs them to a page hosted by a company that uses the Prospectus Express (PE) web hosting platform

This section appears on the left-hand side of the Prospectus Express (PE)/Variable Products Express (VPX) page and displays all the fund documents and links that were included in the specific email you received. The goal is to keep everything in one place so you don't have to toggle back and forth between the email and the Prospectus Express (PE)/Variable Products Express (VPX) page.

The funds displayed are specific to the email you clicked from — not your entire portfolio. For example, if your email contained two Hextone funds, only those two funds will appear in this section.

The information will be available for approximately 18 months from the date the email was sent.

Each email has its own unique experience. Clicking a link in a second email will show only the funds and documents from that specific email. It does not erase or replace the previous email's experience each email link maintains its own view.

If the system is unable to retrieve the email data, the "Investments Listed in Your Email" and Pass-Through Voting sections will simply not display. The shareholder will still see the standard Prospectus Express (PE)/Variable Products Express (VPX) page with the document links. No incorrect or misleading information will be shown.

If the shareholder email includes pass-through voting information, a banner will appear at the top of the Prospectus Express (PE) page to draw your attention to the pass-through voting program. This is designed to make it easier for the shareholder to set your voting policy preferences without having to go back to the email.

No. The banner will only appear if the specific email includes pass-through voting content. If pass-through voting is not part of the email, the banner will not be displayed.

At launch, the "Investments Listed in Your Email" section is limited to TSR emails only. The updated look/feel for web hosting will apply to all document types (e.g., prospectus, summary prospectus).
