What Does the Submission/Review Process Look Like?

When you make a change to your website you will be sent a PDF of the changes.
You’ll need to provide this document to your Agency’s CMAX point of contact, who will help you get your changes submitted in the system.
Once approved, you will be able to release your changes through your website dashboard. If a new CRN number has been issued, you should also apply this to the footer of your website.

All agent biographies must be approved prior to being included on a website.

1. Approved biographies:
   • May be included on your website without further compliance review
   • Must have the compliance approval tracking number on it
2. Templated Biographies: 
   • If you do not have an approved custom biography, there are templated biographies available for use! For more information please reference our compliance-approved options in the Producer Bio Templates document
3. Submitting Custom Biographies:
   • Compliance now allows all advisors to utilize custom biographies. For more information on submitting your custom biography for approval, reach out to your firm’s compliance officer or local CMAX point of contact

Can I submit custom content to the system?

Producers and DBA groups who do not meet leaders-level qualifications are allowed a level of personalization. Check with ARCD for more details on these personalization areas. Producers and DBA groups who are at leaders-level are allowed to create and submit additional custom content. Please note that pages within the templated library that are not personalized pages are locked and cannot be altered in any way.
