LONDON and NEW YORK, May 20, 2026 — Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) has appointed Richard Terblanche as Vice President, Global Distribution Data Solutions within its growing Data-Driven Fund Solutions business.
Based in London, Richard will focus on working with global asset managers to navigate the increasing complexity of client and distribution data across global markets. This newly created role reflects Broadridge’s ongoing investment in supporting clients as they look to optimize distribution and drive growth.

Richard brings over 20 years of experience across investment management and data. He previously held senior roles at Strategic Insight and most recently led the EMEA business at Fishtank, where he worked with asset managers on complex data and distribution challenges.
