TORONTO, September 15, 2026 — Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., (NYSE: BR) today announced the appointment of Richard Anton as General Manager and Head of Global Technology & Operations (GTO), Canada. Anton will partner with Broadridge’s Canadian leadership team to advance the company’s broader Wealth strategy and strengthen its position as a trusted transformation partner to financial institutions.

Anton will provide strategic leadership to deepen client engagement and accelerate growth across Broadridge’s Wealth, Capital Markets and Asset Management businesses in Canada. He brings more than 30 years of financial-services leadership experience spanning commercial strategy, operations, technology and transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Capital Markets at CIBC Mellon, and previously as Chief Operations Officer at CIBC Mellon. In these roles, he led enterprise transformation, technology modernization and global operating-model redesign initiatives.

Anton succeeds Chad Alderson, who, following three years as General Manager of GTO Canada, will assume the role of Premium Account Leader within Broadridge’s Global Sales and Marketing organization. In his new role, Alderson will lead key strategic client relationships and executive engagement across the Canadian market.
