
NEW YORK, May 14, 2026 — Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) today announced that Dan Mullooly has joined the company as Vice President, Product Management – Insurance Segment, within Broadridge Customer Communications (BRCC). In this new role, Mullooly will help advance Broadridge’s strategy for modernizing insurance communications and report to Ross Solomon, Head of Product Management for BRCC.

Mullooly will lead the strategic roadmap for Broadridge’s Insurance Segment, helping carriers modernize legacy operations with digital-first, omnichannel SaaS solutions. He will partner across the organization to translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities that drive growth, efficiency, and cost reduction for insurance clients.
