
NEW YORK and LONDON — September 17, 2026 — Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., (NYSE: BR), a global Fintech leader, today announced that Alex Duggan will join the company’s Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) group as Head of BPO International, effective September 7, 2026. Duggan will lead Broadridge’s efforts to expand its business process outsourcing (BPO) presence with clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC).

Duggan brings 30 years of experience in investment banking operations, business transformation and commercial leadership. Throughout his career, he has led global and regional initiatives focused on revenue growth, operating-model optimization, cost efficiency and large-scale change across operations, technology and client-focused service lines.
Most recently, Duggan served as Capital Markets Business Unit Head at Cognizant in London. There, he oversaw commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, thought leadership and service delivery. He worked with capital markets clients to modernize operating models, improve efficiency and strengthen business performance through transformation and data-driven strategies.
