(NYSE:BR) (“Broadridge”) today announced that it has priced $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.600% senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”) in an offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Broadridge intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its term credit agreement providing for term loan commitments in an aggregate principal amount of $2.55 billion (“Term Credit Agreement”) and for general corporate purposes.
