LAKE SUCCESS, New York -- February 2, 2012 -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2012.
