LAKE SUCCESS, New York -- November 16, 2011 – Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable on January 2, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2011.
