Online Monitoring Tools for Managing Your System
The Vantra system provides clients an extensive Administrator function that includes:
- Customer and Broker Account Setup - Select, view, edit, remove, disable or reactivate customer and broker accounts
- Firm Level Reporting - Reports include data on executed orders, canceled orders, rejected orders, no report orders, good till canceled orders, changed orders, and quote usage
- Balance Posting - Add to balances or edit account balances
- Position Posting - Add or edit stock, mutual fund, bond or option positions in customer accounts
- Execution Maintenance - Post executions in customer accounts
- Mutual Fund Management - Add or delete fund families in the mutual fund security master, and add or edit funds in specific fund families
- Short List Management - Add and maintain a list of stocks that customers are allowed to sell short; list short sales by symbol and account
- Review Terminal - Review and process orders manually, or review orders and release them to the back office order routing system for processing
- Secure Message Center - Compose, edit, delete, and view messages for customer and broker accounts
