ExeClear®
ExeClear is the back-office processing engine and the foundation of the Dataphile Desktop. ExeClear is a two-sided recordkeeping and reporting system that meets the requirements of both the IDA and MFDA regulatory environments. ExeClear is used by clients in both retail and institutional markets.

ExeClear allows for flexibility. Some batch processes can be run interactively: an account can be set to use different margin rates, such as house or regulatory, during an interactive session; reports can be generated during the day; and payouts can be changed for brokers.
A separate ExeClear database is maintained for each company that the dealer may have, coupled with another database for securities instruments and static dealer information.
ExeClear also allows for variations between branches within a dealer. For example, margin rate tables can be created by branch rather than by dealer. Additionally, minimums for commission can be based on branch.
ExeClear's features include online data validation, synchronization of all inter-related information, unlimited number of inventory accounts, storage of years worth of transactions, off-book holdings, query software and correspondent processing with support for IDA types 1-4.
