Maryjo Charbonnier Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for Broadridge

Lake Success, New York, July 14, 2009 - Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) announced today that Maryjo Charbonnier has been appointed Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the company. She has also been elected a corporate officer of Broadridge and appointed to the company’s Executive Committee. Ms. Charbonnier succeeds Richard Berke, who will be retiring in January 2010.

Richard J. Daly, Chief Executive Officer, Broadridge, commented: “I am grateful for the critical role that Richard has played in establishing our HR organization since our spin-off two years ago. We are fortunate to have recruited someone of Maryjo’s experience and accomplishments and she has already made significant contributions to Broadridge. Broadridge has been the recipient of a number of awards worldwide recognizing its workplace leadership. Ms. Charbonnier joined Broadridge in August 2008, from PepsiCo. Previously, she held several senior human resources positions at PepsiCo over a 13 year period, including Vice President, Human Resources, PepsiCo Foods, as well as head HR positions for PepsiCo divisions in Canada and Mexico. During her last role as Vice President of Talent Sustainability, PepsiCo Foods, Ms. Charbonnier led the talent agenda for PepsiCo’s largest division based in Purchase, New York. Ms. Charbonnier began her career at Continental Corporation. She earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and a BA from Catholic University of America.
