Financial Industry 2017 ‘Rising Stars’ List Announced

NEW YORK May 3, 2017 Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. proudly sponsored the 24th Annual Women's Bond Club Merit Award Dinner held on May 2nd in New York City. The event serves as a forum to recognize women in leadership positions within the financial community who have distinguished themselves and provided leadership within their organizations.

“Being diverse is imperative, not optional, and while great strides are being made, our industry has more work to do to advance women’s leadership in financial services,” said Rich Daly, Broadridge President and Chief Executive Officer, the evening’s keynote speaker. “We’re pleased to partner with The Women’s Bond Club, support its mission and commend it on the positive impact of their work in the financial markets.”

“The case we’re making is about taking action and sustaining a commitment to bring greater diversity to higher levels in the corporate hierarchy,” said Frieda Lewis, Women’s Bond Club Board Member, and Managing Director and Chief Commercial Diversity Officer at Broadridge. “The diversity work we do at Broadridge, and that of the Women’s Bond Club, is helping to advance that agenda forward to enable more female leaders to drive institutions to greater success.”

Suni Harford of Citi and Ruth DeGolia of Mercado Global received the Women's Bond Club two most prestigious awards.
