Our Mission

  • Ensure our processes and practices do not include barriers to participation for diverse suppliers
  • Leverage resources and tools to proactively identify and attract certified and qualified diverse suppliers
  • Nurture relationships with new and existing diverse suppliers to increase annual spend, and promote growth, innovation, and collaboration
  • Foster the development of our diverse suppliers through mentorship, sponsorship, and targeted investing to enable mutual success
  • Engender and encourage partnerships between suppliers
  • Track, measure, and report progress against established goals and benchmarks

Supplier Diversity Qualifications

The Broadridge Supplier Diversity Qualifications requires that a business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a member(s) from one of the following targeted enterprises:

  • Minority-Owned Businesses Enterprises (MBE)
  • Women-Owned Businesses Enterprises (WBE)
  • Minority/Women Business Enterprises (MWBE)
  • LGBTQ-Owned Businesses Enterprises (LGBT)
  • Veteran-Owned Businesses Enterprises (VBE)
  • Disabled Veteran Businesses Enterprises (DVBE)
  • Disability-Owned Businesses Enterprises (DOBE)
  • Small Businesses Enterprises (SBE)
