Client Partners

We partner with external organizations that support us in understanding how we can be stronger advocates for inclusion internally and externally. Both SIFMA and Catalyst serve as resources for the organization while Women’s Bond Club (WBC) offers a select number of Broadridge associates the opportunity to focus on their development. The purpose of partnering with these and other organizations is to:

  • Align our brand with leading experts in the field
  • Gain useful insights, research and benchmarking information
  • Offer our associates the opportunity to network and get involved in external organizations on various subcommittees
  • Network at premier events to which we invite executives, clients and members

Philanthropic Partners

At Broadridge, we have a long history of supporting our communities. In 2009, we initiated The Broadridge Foundation. One of the Foundation’s key global relationships includes the MV Foundation, a non-profit organization inspired by the Magsaysay Award winner, Dr. Shantha Sinha. The MV Foundation has developed a unique and powerful approach to dealing with the problems of child labor and illiteracy in India, by enrolling children in Residential Bridge Camps (RBCs). RBCs provide a learning platform for children who have been involved in bonded and non-bonded labor activities and equip them with the knowledge and skills to integrate them into formal schools of learning.

"A great leader once told me that “you are either moving forward or trailing behind – there is no status quo”. I believe in continuous growth and development. The Canadian Diversity and Inclusion Mentoring Program at Broadridge is a great initiative to help associates achieve personal growth and career development with exposure to senior executives within the organization. Participating in the program has strengthened my confidence as a leader and enhanced my business acumen while extending my professional network across the company. I feel privileged to work for a company that cultivates leadership development as a core value."

"By leading a mentoring program at a local school for girls, myself and my colleagues were able to encourage twenty young women to be inspired to achieve their goals no matter what their background . In addition to leadership skills, this opportunity help build my organization and planning skills, soft skills like listening and closer relationships with my colleagues.
