Broadridge’s STB2 Bureau is a Swiss-based service bureau processing solution for international private banking and asset management operations domiciled in Switzerland.

STB2 is an integrated, real-time position keeping, order management, transaction processing, banking and accounting system. It supports multiple instruments, currencies, sites and languages.

The solution provides comprehensive coverage of the operational and reporting requirements of the front and back office as well as flexible integration with external market services. It also provides a full set of archiving tools.

SWIFT Service Bureau

Broadridge’s Swiss SWIFT bureau is an international service providing fast-track access to the SWIFT network for the full range of SWIFT messages and standards.

The Swiss SWIFT Service Bureau was launched in 2005 and is also available in other international locations.

Broadridge’s SWIFT service bureau is managed centrally in a controlled and secure environment and backed up by extensive expertise in SWIFT messaging IT and client services management.

German domestic tax services (FITAS)

The FITAS product suite covers mandatory fiscal needs in Germany, or for banks whose customers report to German tax authorities. It generates income statements, tax certificates, reclaims, “Jahresbescheinigung” (a tool to fill out the annual tax declaration of the account owner) and also provides a “Erträgnisaufstellung”, a list of all revenues generated by an account or portfolio.

FITAS has been provided as an outsourcing service in Switzerland since 2003.
