History
With over three decades of experience in Swiss private banking IT services, Broadridge has embarked on a programme of ongoing investment to position its Swiss platform at the forefront of the financial services industry. Current examples include enriching the STB2 Service Bureau Banking platform with new business functionalities for improved STP and efficiency, superior client service and better integration.

A new private banking operation in Geneva goes live on the STB2 Service Bureau platform. Broadridge presents a new web-based user interface portal for portfolio managers and their clients.
2008
Two new private banking entities in Jersey and London started operations on the STB2 Service Bureau platform after developing specific local business requirements.
2007
After its successful spin-off from ADP in April 2007, Broadridge is positioned as a major international services provider for the financial services industry.
1998
ADP’s Swiss private banking business changes its brand name to Wilco Suisse SA, supporting a user base of international and Swiss firms for its STB2 private banking service bureau and disaster recovery services.

STB2 owner GSI is acquired by ADP.

Disaster recovery services provided for several major private bankers in Geneva.

Two first clients start on the STB2 Service Bureau Banking platform.

An American private bank located in Geneva starts up with STB banking platform.
